Courage is needed now because of earth, climatic and energy changes which are affecting our lives.Myself and many Reiki Masters and therapists work when we are asleep, travelling and doing healing and rescue work. This is because there are global changes occuring, such as earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, unprecedented weather, floods, forest fires, landslides, wars and civil unrest to name but a few. These occurences have prompted our recruitment by those in spirit to work at night. The recruitment took place at a Reiki Share one evening by a Tibetan Lama who told me, Hilary a clairvoyant and another friend Jane that we were to do this work and to meditate once a week, so we could be prepared.A year and a half later and many global events on, we are still working at night and even afternoon naps, feeling exhausted during the day. Thank the universe for flower essences that have keep us sane and ever expanding.

We are given energy when we are in need by the White Brotherhood who guide us to work and keep us safe. Our overall vibrational frequences have been raised so that we can cope with the work. We have been passed from Lama to a higher vibrational guide known as Star of Joseph. I asked Star of Joseph if he would be willing to make an essence for this time. He was very keen and enthusiastic to help and for it to be widely distributed.

While Hilary and I meditated one evening He infused a bowl of spring water, there were hundreds of bubbles in it at the finish. The essence we were told was to be called Water of Enlightenment - it gives people courage. It helps people after a trauma, personal or global. The essence gives people the courage to face the difficulties that lie ahead. The traumas will release deep fears and emotions in people that have been locked in.

Water of Enlightenment has been especially formulated to help with this process. This is a very powerful essence that has been created in response to the fear being brought about NOW by the current earth climatic and energy changes. The essence will help speed each person's growth. This is an ideal essence to keep handy in your first aid box, travelling kit, car or handbag, ready to be used at a moments notice. The purpose of the above information is not to put people in fear, I am simply stating that this is what is occuring and this is what is being done about it. Working at night is not a new concept, many peoples in the past have done this. We are multidimensional beings, here on this dimension living in a body, having experiences and the last year has truly brought this home to me.It is Reiki that has brought me to this point in my life.

We are fortunate to have been taught by the Lama. One of the things he was adamant about is that the Master Attunement should not be split into two parts, because it causes stress to the physical body and for some people who are very sensitive, it causes emotional and mental distress. Hilary and I had first hand experience of this, luckily for only one day, as I attuned her to Master 2B the next day. We have also been told that all attunements are now being accompanied by another given by the Tibetan Monks, who always assist at these ceremonies, this extra attunement is to help people to cope with the unfolding world events. www.rosecottagefloweressences.co.uk.

There are a wide variety of diapers available. However, although there are a variety, they can be categorized into two basic types -- disposable and cloth diapers.

Parents opt for cloth diapers primarily to cut down on costs. Bringing up a baby can be a financially draining affair for many average American parents. Cotton diapers are less expensive, because they can be reused.

They are usually manufactured to sustain heavy washing and are thought to be a bit better for a newborn's tender skin. However, using cloth diapers may prove to be extremely time consuming. There is the wonderful choice of opting for diaper services that are widely available across the USA. These services clean used diapers and deliver them. Thus, a lot of time, that would have otherwise gone into diaper-cleaning may be used for better purposes.

Disposable diapers usually cause diaper rash more easily than cotton. Parents wanting to avoid rashes often use cloth diapers that are considered more hygienic for the baby's skin. However, quite a few disposable diaper manufacturers provide dry cover sheets on their diapers that keep the skin dry and protect from diaper rash.

Parents are becoming increasingly conscious of the environment these days, and for this reason, choose to use cloth diapers. It has been said that disposable diapers take up a lot of space in a world that is desperately short of it.

Disposable diapers may even become a severe air pollutant if not disposed off properly. Disposable diaper manufacturers refute this claiming that disposable diapers are far more convenient than cloth ones and are no environmental threat at all.

Cloth diapers are available in a variety of shapes and sizes. These days one may come across pre-folded ones(extra thick in order to provide the maximum possible saturation), flat cloth diapers(less expensive and dry quickly), contour- shaped diapers(very user friendly and custom made), all-in one diapers(as good as disposable ones with Velcro fasteners) and a host of others. Traditional cloth diapers require diaper pins for fastening(never use over-sized pins as they may harm the baby).

Cleaning cloth diapers is a very important matter because it is detrimental to the baby's health and to the durability of the diapers. Some prefer soaking the diapers overnight in water and baking soda or vinegar to remove odor. Washing may be done without soaking but should always be done separate from other laundry. A mild detergent should always be used, and washing should be in hot and cold water alternatively. While soaking, some prefer using antiseptics and anti- bacterial solutions to make the process more hygienic.

Even if parents are looking for lesser expense, hygiene and health should never be compromised. Drying should also be done with utmost care. If using a machine dryer, maximum heat should be used. Drying diapers in the sun is also a very good idea, since sunrays are traditionally known to kill germs. Bleaching should be avoided under all circumstances, since it spoils the diaper and may also affect the baby.

While traveling, cloth diapers should be carried in separate airtight bags that can also be used for soiled diapers.

Whatever the case, the primary concern for parents should always be the health of their child. Purchasing the right diaper should ideally depend on the comfort of the baby and not on the spending habits of the parents. .

While the mention of scuba diving generally brings to mind the image of some exotic tropical dive locale, the United Kingdom has a number of exciting dive spots just waiting to be explored by divers like you. If you have no issues with cold water diving, the following destinations will leave you breathless. Or something like that?

One of the best dive sites in the U.K. is located in Scotland, in the Sound of Mull. The Sound of Mull is located between the Isle of Mull and the Morven Peninsula.

It is an extremely popular destination for U.K. divers because it offers an unparalleled range of diving in very reasonable conditions. The area is cursed with bad weather, which has resulted in countless shipwrecks over the years. Most dives in the area are launched from Tobermory, Lochaline, or Oban. The Hispania is, by far, one of the most popular wrecks in the area, due to the fact that it is still relatively intact and awash in marine life.

It is shallow enough to get a good long dive, and visibility is generally very good.

Another phenomenal dive spot is located on the south coast of England, in the waters of Sussex. The Alaunia, a steamship sunk by a German mine in 1916, is one of the more popular diving destinations on the south coast. Although the wreck is considerably broken up, there are still significant parts of the ship left intact. Be on the lookout for a series of portholes to help navigate the site. If you can manage to find the bridge area, you will undoubtedly be pleased to find the anchor still hanging from its chain.

The size of the wreck is overwhelming to some degree, and it would take a few separate dives to explore the entire ship. Shoals of bib, spider crabs, and massive lobsters are sure to keep you entertained. See if you can spot a dead man's fingers while you are down there.

Another extremely popular dive is located near Plymouth, where the wreck of the steamship Maine found its final resting place. It can be found approximately a mile off Bolt Head. It was highly noticeable for a number of years, as the masts of the ship broke the surface of the water.

The wreck has since been cleared of its mast, with most of the debris swept to its port side. It rests in water that is approximately 30 meters deep. The ship was torpedoed in March of 1917 and, after a noble rescue effort, came to rest in waters within easy reach from Salcombe. While this would be an amazing exploration for any diver, it is not recommended for novice divers due to the strong current. There is a good representation of undersea life, and this destination is sure please anyone who visits..

When the outdoor temperature dips below 40 degrees Fahrenheit over night, it is time to change to a winter weight oil for your compression pump, engine, and your air tools. This will solve most of the cold weather problems we see. When the outside ambient temperature is below the 40 degree point your air compressor will be hard to start. An easy fix to this problem is to just warm up the air compressor, air lines and air impact wrench before you start it. Also, remember to change to thinner oils for winter use ahead of time.

This can add a lot of life your air tools, impact wrench, etc.. and make life generally easier on a cold morning. And remember your air tool's greatest enemy, water, is always present. It will probably be frozen in the air lines. Another reason why warming up your equipment above the freezing point is a really good idea.

Always drain your air tanks of excess water at the end of the work day. Remember a happy impact wrench is a productive impact wrench..

The National Swimming Pool Foundation?(NSPF?) introduced the long-awaited Certified Pool-Spa Operator? Handbook at the Aquatic Health? Conference, October 3-5, in Atlanta, Georgia. Authored by Ron Ford, veteran CPO? instructor, the new handbook is the fundamental training and reference manual for professionals who help protect those who use aquatic venues, including operators, health officials, service technicians, retailers, property managers, and manufacturers. This handbook emphasizes pool and spa operations and protecting people in and around the water. It brings insight into understanding and preventing drowning, suction entrapment, evisceration, diving accidents, recreational water illness, electrocutions, chemical hazards, and slip and falls. Fresh information related to regulatory agencies and guidelines, disinfection, water balance, water problems, troubleshooting, chemical testing and record keeping, chemical feed and control technology is also included.

New features and information are found throughout the handbook. The most prominent is the extensive use of color to help students and instructors visualize important concepts. "Life is better in color; learning is better in color; color reflects the needs of the student," says Ford. He adds "For example, students can see in the handbook the color changes in chemical test kits instead of just reading about them." "Education creates a better future; black and white is the ?50s'. We are not going back.

Our customers deserve better," added Thomas M. Lachocki, CEO of NSPF. "Ron Ford dedicated almost a year to making the new handbook exciting, relevant and easier for both instructors and students to comprehend," agreed Bill Kent, President of the NSPF Board of Directors. The new handbook has other features to help the student find important information: ?Color-coded page edges make it easy to thumb to the right chapter. ?A comprehensive keyword index and table of contents make it easy to find important topics. ?Guides to simplify mathematics and calculations are included.

?A PowerPoint? presentation, available to current CPO? instructors, supplements the imagery in the handbook."We are indebted and thankful to Ron Ford and the experts who reviewed and provided input on each chapter. Many organizations graciously donated images to help make this the finest and most up-to-date handbook in the recreational water field," said Lachocki. "As the world has evolved, so has technology. As technology evolved, so has the CPO? training program. The new handbook reflects the Foundation's commitment to industry leadership and continuous improvement," commented Bill Kent.

"The launch of the new CPO? Handbook is the biggest educational advance in the recreational water field in many years. It will touch 20,000 students in the next year," he added. CPO Handbooks (without the exam) are available to any individual or company at a cost of $59.95 per book (plus $5 shipping and handling). CPO Handbooks may be ordered by downloading the NSPF Order Form on our web site, www.nspf.org. Payment may be by check, money order, or Visa/MasterCard.

If paying by check or money, the order form and payment should be mailed to the NSPF. If paying by Visa/MasterCard, the order may by submitted by telephone or FAX. The NSPF? CPO? training program is an international training program. It satisfies educational requirement for commercial pool operators in many states and counties. Since 1989, over 150,000 students have been certified by the NSPF?.

NSPF? provides advanced education at the Aquatic Health? Conference and funds research to advance science, to protect people, and encourage better health through aquatics. ?????????.

The University of Kentucky's Dr. William Markesbery thinks a day is coming when we will be able to protect children from the illnesses of old age, including Alzheimer's disease. Although it's purely speculative at this time, it could be possible in a few decades to identify young people who are genetically susceptible to develop Alzheimer's disease. Protective drugs, lifestyle changes, or other strategies could be started decades before symptoms of the disease appears.

Scientists don't know exactly what causes Alzheimer's disease but they think many factors can affect each person differently. Alzheimer's disease is not considered a normal part of aging, but age is a primary risk factor.

This disease usually doesn't appear until after age 60, and about five percent of people ages 65 to 74 have the disease, and the percentage jumps to nearly half after age 85. Generally if members of your family have had Alzheimer's disease you are more likely to be at risk. Doctors think a number of genetic mutations and variations can increase risk, but these markers have yet to be identified. They can not know for sure if someone has Alzheimer's disease until they examine the brain tissue after death. It is the only way of currently diagnosing this disease.

Drugs can sometimes slow down the symptoms in the early and middle stages of the disease, but there is no cure.

After reading this article one important question comes to my mind. If they have no cure for the disease that already exists in people, how do they think they can prevent one from occurring in the first place? The mere idea of protective drugs to prevent young people from a disease they may never develop, such as Alzheimer's or any other brain disorder is a frightening thought!

Could it be that modern man is creating a complex solution for a relatively simple nutrient deficiency problem? This simple solution should be examined first because there is a high probability that a nutrient and or dehydration problem could produce a much more cost effective answer.

Remember this well known fact, medical schools that train our doctors and scientists are heavily funded by the drug industry. Their primary agenda is developing complex chemical substances that untrained people like you and I do not fully understand. This keeps more money flowing into a failing health care industry. In comparison, there is not a lot of money to be made in a simple corrective nutrient approach.

How much can you charge for fish oil and water?

Consider this, the human brain is 85 percent water and 15 percent fat in its make up. There are two essential nutrients the brain must be given to perform adequately. These two essential nutrients are omega-3 essential fatty acid (fish oil) and pure water. These two nutrients are non-negotiable as far as your brain is concerned.

You can learn so much from reading these two books on how to strengthen your brain to avoid most any brain disease (disorder). "The Omega-3 Connection" by Dr.

Andrew Stroll M.D. and "Your Body's Many Cries For Water" by F. Batmanghelidj M.D.

You be the judge and decide which option would be best for you or your family. One approach is unrealistically costly, the other is definitely affordable. Call upon your innate common sense and open your mind to what these two medical professionals have to share with us all.

If you need a new waterbed mattress, there are a variety of things you should know. For starters, waterbed mattresses come in different levels of firmness. Since even the firmest waterbed is less firm than a traditional bed, most experts recommend buying the firmest waterbed mattress that you can afford.

Let's take a look at the different types of waterbed mattresses:

Free Flow: as its name suggests, a free flow mattress allows the water to flow freely. This makes the bed feel as though it is always gently rocking. Sleeping on a free flow waterbed mattress is much like sleeping on a boat.

This type of mattress is not recommended for someone who desires support. Some people have trouble sleeping on a bed that moves freely with every toss and every turn. In addition, the free flow mattress doesn't have any mechanism to balance it. This means that if one partner is larger or heavier than the other, the mattress will be lopsided.

Hydraulic: a hydraulic waterbed mattress is filled with tiny round vinyl coils. These coils fill with water and float just beneath the top of the mattress.

This helps to regulate the movement of the water. The more coils a mattress has, the firmer it will be. In addition, the coils help to balance out the bed. This means that even if one partner is heavier than the other, they will stay on the same level.

Fiber Fill: in fiber filled waterbed mattresses, the manufacturer fills the mattress with fiber. This helps to reduce the movement of the water and to increase the firmness of the mattress.

The more fiber the mattress has, the firmer it will be.

Waterbed mattresses are available at many online stores, including My Waterbed Shop, All Waterbeds, Bedroom Discounters, and Simmons.
